The article describes peculiarities of preschool institutions' headmasters' and pedagogues' activity in the process of inculcating and managing educational innovations. The article reveals preschool institutions' pedagogues' reasons for resisting the innovations' inculcation, and dìscusses the strategies, which help to neutralize the factors that cause resistance to the educational innovations' inculcation. Also, the conditions and opportunities for the successful management of educational innovations in contemporary preschool institutions are analyzed.
