The article deals with the rarities of Lithuanian flora in the collection of medicinal plants at the Botanical Garden of Klaipeda University. Much attention has been given to Medicinal plants since the foundation of the KU Botanical Garden. At present in the collection of Medicinal plants grow representatives of 61 families, 182 genera, 281 species, totaly - 293 taxa.The presentation deals with investigation of the biology, morphology and ecology meadow sage, drug hedgehyssop, cilliate crosswort, small scabiosa, bear's garlic as well as to explore their conservation in natural habitats.
