Abstract (en)
The article deals with the poverty factor in Lithuanian policy. There are two chapters in the article. The main idea of the article - poverty is not only a political object; also it is an active political factor. This presumption is significant when it is made a distinction between traditional and alternative forms of political participation. There are sought to find the connections between poverty and political behavior, and how it makes impact on Lithuania's political development of last decade.
