Abstract (en)
The article deals with the national and religious education shift in the programs of Lithuanian primary schools in 1939-1945. The analysis of program documents indicates that the reforms of 1936 and 1939 formed adequate conditions to implement the ideas of national education at the stage of primary education intensified by religious education. The programs of 1940-1941 that lasted for one year only were the first documents of soviet ideology regulating the primary education of the certain period.
