The BaltSeaPlan Report describes the potential role of models and modelled data within the MSP / SEA process. Furthermore, it provides several case studies of model applications in MSP. The report concludes with an overview of existing modelling concepts and tools from previous and ongoing projects and initiatives around the Baltic Sea, which could be of use for Maritime Spatial Planning (MSP).
