Šio darbo tikslas - Išanalizuoti Vidurio ir Rytų Europos geopolitinės aplinkos bei nacionalinės politikos įtaką šio regiono valstybių strategijose išskirtiems prioritetams ir grėsmėms.
Pirmojoje darbo dalyje yra apžvelgiama saugumizavimo koncepcija. Tuo pačiu yra apžvelgiami ir nacionalinio saugumo strategavimo esminiai klausimai. Antrojoje darbo dalyje yra identifikuojama Vidurio ir Rytų Europos regiono geopolitinė aplinka (geopolitiniai vektoriai) , o taip pat identifikuojamos ir Vengrijos bei Lietuvos nacionalinio politinio elito pozicijos geopolitinės aplinkos atžvilgiu. Trečiojoje darbo dalyje atliekama dviejų pasirinktų Vidurio ir Rytų Europos valstybių – Lietuvos ir Vengrijos Nacionalinio saugumo strategijų analizė siekiant atskleisti, kaip esama regiono geopolitinė aplinka ir nacionalinio politinio elito pozicijos įtakoja šių valstybių saugumo strategijose išskiriamus prioritetus ir grėsmes.
The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the influence of the geopolitical environment and national politics of Central and Eastern Europe on the priorities and threats identified in the strategies of the states of this region. In the first part of the work, the concept of securitization is reviewed. At the same time, fundamental issues of national security strategizing are reviewed. The second part of the work identifies the geopolitical environment of the Central and Eastern European region (geopolitical vectors), and also identifies the positions of the national political elite of Hungary and Lithuania in relation to the geopolitical environment. The third part of the paper analyzes the National Security Strategies of two selected Central and Eastern European states - Lithuania and Hungary - in order to reveal how the current geopolitical environment of the region and the positions of the national political elite influence the priorities and threats identified in the security strategies of these states.
