Darbo tikslas ir uždaviniai: Įvertinti Palangos sanatorijų ir reabilitacijos įstaigų paslaugų vystymo ypatumus COVID-19 pandemijos kontekste bei tyrimo rezultatų pagrindu suformuoti pandeminių situacijų metu teikiamų sveikatingumo/medicininio SPA turizmo paslaugų plėtros tobulinimo kryptis. Tikslui pasiekti išsikelti uždaviniai: 1. Teoriškai atskleisti sveikatos turizmo sampratą bei išanalizuoti turizmo paslaugų vystymo ypatumus. 2. Išanalizuoti Palangos sanatorijų ir reabilitacijos įstaigų teikiamas paslaugas/paslaugų rinkinius bei jų prieinamumą COVID-19 pandemijos metu . 3. Įvertinti Palangos sanatorijų ir reabilitacijos įstaigų paslaugų plėtros COVID-19 pandemijos metu situaciją, problemas, skatinančius ir ribojančius veiksnius. 4. Tyrimo rezultatų pagrindu suformuoti pandeminių situacijų metu sanatorijose ir reabilitacijos įstaigos teikiamų paslaugų plėtros tobulinimo kryptys. Pirmoje darbo dalyje aptariama sveikatos turizmo samprata, turizmo paslaugos struktūra ir bruožai bei sanatorijų ir reabilitacijos įstaigų veiklos ypatumai COVID-19 pandemijos kontekste. Empirinėje dalyje analizuojama Palangos sanatorijų ir reabilitacijos įstaigose teikiamų paslaugų situacija ir plėtros galimybės COVID-19 pandemijos kontekste. Tikslui pasiekti atliktas interviu su Palangos sanatorijų ir reabilitacijos įstaigų darbuotojais, anketinė apklausa, skirta sanatorijų ir reabilitacijos įstaigų lankytojams. Magistro darbe pateikiamos paslaugų plėtros pandeminiu tobulinimo kryptys. Magistro darbo rezultatai parodė, kad sanatorijų ir reabilitacijos įstaigos prasidėjus COVID-19 pandemijai susidūrė su nemažai iškilusių problemų ir iššūkių, susijusių su saugumo užtikrinimu, paslaugų kokybės išlaikymu, klientų pritraukimo klausimais. Tačiau gauti tyrimo rezultatai parodė, jog Palangos sanatorijoms ir reabilitacijos įstaigos puikiai išsprendė iššūkius. Darbo rezultatai išryškimo reikalingiausių paslaugų poreikį Covid -19 pandemijos metu ir jų plėtros kryptis.
Aim and objectives of the work: To evaluate the peculiarities of the development of services of Palanga medical spa and rehabilitation institutions in the context of a Covid-19 pandemic and to form the directions of development of health / medical SPA tourism services provided during pandemic situations. 1. Theoretically reveal the concept of health tourism in connection with health / medical SPA tourism and to analyze the peculiarities of the development of tourism services. 2. Analyze the services / sets of services provided by Palanga medical spa and rehabilitation institutions and their availability during the Covid -19 pandemic. 3. Assess the situation and problems that promote and limit the development of services in Palanga medical spa and rehabilitation institutions during the Covid -19 pandemic. 4. On the basis of the research results, directions for the development of the services of medical spa and rehabilitation institutions provided during pandemic situations have been formed. The first part of the work discusses the concepts and retrospective analysis of health tourism, rehabilitation, the features of tourism services and the peculiarities of the activities of medical spa and rehabilitation institutions in the Covid-19 pandemic. The empirical part analyzes the interviews with the employees of Palanga medical spa and rehabilitation institutions, the questionnaire is intended for the visitors of sanatoriums and rehabilitation institutions, and the directions for the improvement of service development are presented. The results of the master 's thesis showed that medical spa and rehabilitation institutions faced a number of problems and challenges related to ensuring safety in medical spa and rehabilitation institutions, ensuring the quality of services, and attracting clients. However, the results of the research showed that the Palanga medical spa and rehabilitation institutions were able to solve the problems well. The results of the work highlight the need for the most necessary services and specialists during and after the Covid -19 pandemic, what is currently relevant for visitors and what medical spa and rehabilitation institutions need to pay the most attention to during this period and in which direction you are working.
