Tyrimo tikslas – išanalizavus sveikatos priežiūros specialisto veiklą mokykloje, nustatyti veiklos gerinimo kryptis. Tyrimo metodai – kiekybiniu tyrimu buvo apklausti Alytaus r. ugdymo įstaigų darbuotojai ir bendruomenės nariai. Anketos klausimai sudaryti taip, jog atspindėtų mokslinę problemą, tyrimo uždavinius ir tikslą. Baigiamąjį magistro darbą sudaro du skyriai. Pirmame darbo skyriuje atskleidžiama sveikatos priežiūros specialisto teikiamų paslaugų esmė, analizuojamos teikiamos paslaugos teoriniu aspektu. Antrame darbo skyriuje pateikiami sveikatos priežiūros specialisto veiklos gerinimo ugdymo įstaigose empirinio tyrimo rezultatai ir aptarimas. Empirinio tyrimo gautus rezultatus galima pritaikyti, siekiant sveikatos priežiūros specialisto mokykloje veiklos gerinimo ir stiprinimo, atsižvelgiant į ugdymo įstaigos narių kintančius lūkesčius ir poreikius stiprinant sveikatą.
Aim of the research – by analysing the practices of a health care specialist in a school environment improvement possibilities of the practices have been determined. Methodology – quantitative research has been performed in order to survey the employees of educational institutions as well as community members in Alytus district. The questions of the survey have been arranged in a manner which would reflect the problem, the objectives and the aim of this research. The master thesis consists of two main sections. The first section reveals the meaning of services provided by a health care specialist and the analysis of the provided services from a theoretical perspective. The second section includes the results and the discussion of the empirical research on the improvement of health care specialist practices in educational institutions. The results of the empirical research can be applied in order to develop and improve the practices taken by health care specialists in schools, considering the changing prospects and health care needs of the members of educational institutions.
