Tėvų, auginančių vaikus su cerebriniu paralyžiumi, požiūris į sveikatos priežiūros paslaugų kokybę

Cerebrinis paralyžius yra vienas iš dažniausių vaikų fizinės negalios priežasčių vaikystėje. Tėvai praleidžia daugiausiai laiko su savo sergančiais vaikais todėl tikslinga sužinoti, jų požiūrį apie sveikatos priežiūros paslaugų kokybę. Tyrimo tikslas – ištirti tėvų požiūrį į vaikų turinčių cerebrinį paralyžių, gaunamų sveikatos priežiūros paslaugų kokybę ir palyginti požiūrį tarp skirtingų sveikatos priežiūros įstaigų Tyrimo metodika. Atliktas kiekybinis tyrimas – anketinė apklausa raštu. Naudotas instrumentas – anketa. Anketiniai duomenys buvo apdoroti ir analizuojami naudojant statistinį duomenų kaupimo ir analizės paketus SPSS for Windows 21.0 (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) ir Microsoft Excel. Laisvo teksto komentarai išanalizuoti pasitelkus turinio analizės metodą. Imtį sudarė: 163 tėvai. Tyrimas atliktas laikantis etikos principų. Tyrimo rezultatai. Tyrimo rezultatai atskleidė, jog tėvų požiūriu vertinant sveikatos priežiūros paslaugų kokybę, svarbu yra įstaigos techninių paslaugų kokybės rodikliai - tai tinkamai įrengtos patalpos, iškabos bei ženklai. Taip pat svarbu įstaigos funkcinių paslaugų kokybės rodikliai, kaip informacijos iš sveikatos priežiūros įstaigos specialistų savalaikis gavimas, galimybė gauti atsakymus į gydymo eigoje iškylančius klausimus. Atlikti tyrimo rezultatai parodė, kad paslaugų techninė kokybė tėvų požiūriu aukščiausiai įvertinta reabilitacijos klinikoje A (45,04 ± 6,83), o žemiausias techninės kokybės įvertis tėvų požiūriu nustatytas įstaigoje C (41,13 ± 7,58). Sveikatos priežiūros įstaigų tarpe geriausi funkcinės paslaugų kokybės įverčiai užfiksuoti sveikatos priežiūros įstaigoje A (49,96 ± 7,61), o prasčiausi – sveikatos priežiūros įstaiga C (47,91 ± 6,97). Išvada. Daugumai tėvų svarbiau techninė ir funkcinė paslaugų kokybė, o mažiau svarbiau išorinis efektyvumas. Tėvų požiūriu, patikimai svarbiausias funkcinės įstaigų teikiamų paslaugų kokybės rodiklis yra personalo dedamos pastangos, kad pacientas jaustųsi gerbiamas, o klinikose įrengtų ženklų, iškabų ir schemų patogumas bei visą reikalingą įranga - svarbiausi techninės paslaugų kokybės rodikliai. Tėvų požiūriu, funkcinės, techninės paslaugų kokybės bei išorinio efektyvo vertinimo aspektu, geriausiai įvertinta buvo A sveikatos priežiūros įstaiga.
Cerebral pasly is one of the most common reasons, causing children's physical disabilities during the childhood. Parents are the people spending the most time with their sick children in the process of rehabilitation, therefore it is appropriate to find out their opinion about the quality of available health care services. Aim of the study - to determine the attitude of parents raising children with cerebral palsy to the quality of the health care services. Methods of the study. A quantitative study (written questionnaire survey) was performed. The used tool - questionnaire. Data received from the questionnaire were proccessed and analyzed using the statistical packages SPSS for Windows 21.0 (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) and Microsoft Excel. Comments of the text were analyzed using the method of content analysis. The sample size was considered as 163 examined parents. The study was performed in accordance with ethical principles. Resuts of the study. Results of the study showed, that according to the respondents, the most important criteria of the health care services is the functionality of the health care institution, which could be expressed by the properly equipped premises and various signs. Parents raising children with cerebral palsy stated that it is important to receive the necessary information from the specialists of the health care institution in time as well as possibility to receive the answers to the questions arising during the treatment of their children. Conclusion. According to the results of the present study and the evaluation of the quality of the health care services in different medical institutions, the conclusions were presented. It was found, that the quality of the techincal services correlates with the quality of the functional services of the health care institution, where the children with cerebral palsy were treated (p<0,005). It was also determined, that the quality of the functional services correlates with the thechnical quality and the external efficiency.
