Darbe aktualu atskleisti pedagogo karjeros valdymo galimybės ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigoje, siekiant patobulinti pedagogo karjeros valdymą ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigoje. Darbo objektas – pedagogo karjeros valdymo galimybės ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigoje. Darbo tikslas - teoriškai ir empiriškai pagrįsti pedagogo karjeros valdymo galimybes ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigoje. Darbo uždaviniai: apžvelgti pedagogų karjeros valdymą ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigoje teoriniu aspektu; atskleisti pedagogų požiūrį į pedagogo karjeros valdymo galimybes ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigoje atliekant pedagogų apklausą; atskleisti ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigų vadovų požiūrį į pedagogo karjeros valdymo galimybes ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigoje atliekant interviu; parengti rekomendacijas kaip tobulinti pedagogų karjeros valdymą ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigoje. Darbo metodai: Teoriniai metodai: mokslinės literatūros analizė, lyginamoji analizė; sisteminė analizė; empiriniai: anketinė apklausa, interviu; duomenų analizė: kiekybinė ir kokybinė duomenų analizė. Darbo struktūra. Darbas sudarytas iš dviejų dalių: pirmoje teorinėje dalyje yra analizuojamas pedagogo karjeros valdymas ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigoje teoriniu aspektu; antroje praktinėje dalyje yra tiriamas pedagogų ir vadovų požiūris, apie pedagogo karjeros valdymo galimybes ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigoje. Išvados. Apibendrinus duomenis išaiškėjo, kad šiuo metu pedagogų karjeros valdymo sistema jų ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigoje labiausiai apima tik kvalifikacijos tobulinimą ir su tuo susijusias programas bei aprašus, kurie kartais apsiriboja tik motyvavimu arba teorinėmis žiniomis apie kvalifikacijos tobulinimą, o taip pat savišvietą ir motyvavimą.
It is important to reveal the possibilities of a pedagogue's career management in a preschool education institution, taking into account the improvement of pedagogical career management in a preschool education institution. The object of the work is the possibilities of pedagogue's career management in a preschool education institution. The aim of the work is to theoretically and empirically substantiate the pedagogical possibilities of career management. Tasks: to review the career management of pedagogues in preschool education institution from the theoretical point of view; to reveal the attitude of teachers to the possibilities of pedagogue’s career management in preschool educational institutions by conducting a survey of teachers; to reveal the attitude of the heads of preschool education institutions to the possibilities of pedagogue's career management during the interview in the preschool institution; to prepare recommendations on how to improve the career management of pedagogues in a preschool education institution. Methods of work: Theoretical methods: analysis of scientific literature, comparative analysis; systematic analysis; empirical: questionnaire, interview; data analysis: quantitative and qualitative data analysis. Structure of work. The work consists of two parts: the first theoretical part analyzes the pedagogical management of career, which is considered to be the theoretical aspect of pre-school education institutions; in the second practical place is the exploratory attitude of educators and managers about the possibilities of educator career management, which are related to educational institutions. Conclusions. Summarizing the data, it was clarified when the pedagogical career management system is currently in place, which includes only in-service training and their selection programs and descriptions, which are sometimes limited to motivational or only theoretical knowledge of in-service training, as well as self-education motivations.
