Psichikos sveikatos slaugytojų įgalinimo patirtis
Remiantis tyrimo rezultatais medicinos įstaigų administracijai rekomenduojama atsižvelgti, jog didesnę patirtį turintys slaugytojai organizacijoje ir komandoje patiria daugiau įgalinimą apsunkinančių veiksnių; atsižvelgti, jog didėjant darbo stažui, didėja veiklumas, kompetencija; atsižvelgti, jog slaugytojų savybių nelemia amžius, darbo stažas. Psichikos sveikatos slaugytojams rekomenduojama lygiuotis į didesnę patirtį turinčius kolegas, iš jų mokytis ir tobulėti; nenuvertinti žemesnį išsilavinimą turinčių slaugytojų kompetencijos.
Based on research results, administration of medical institutions is recommended to consider the fact that nurses with more work experience in organization and team face more factors aggravating empowerment; that activity and competence increase together with work experience; that age and work experience do not determine nurses’ qualities. Psychiatric nurses are recommended to align with their more experienced colleagues, learn from them and improve; competence of nurses with lower education should not be downgraded.
