Sveikatos priežiūros kokybės gerinimas universitetinėje ligoninėje

Abstract

Magistro darbe analizuojama sveikatos priežiūros centre teikiamų paslaugų kokybė. Šio tyrimo tikslas – pateikti siūlymus paslaugų kokybei gerinti, analizuojant medicinos paslaugų kokybės teoriją, lyginant sveikatos priežiūros centro teikiamų paslaugų kokybę pacientų ir paslaugų teikėjų požiūriu. Šiam tikslui pasiekti naudota mokslinės literatūros analizė, apibendrinimai, pacientų ir teikėjų anketos bei kiti statistinių duomenų apdorojimo metodai. Išanalizavę mokslinę literatūrą nustatėme, kad kokybiškos sveikatos priežiūros paslaugos apibrėžia klientų pasitenkinimą teikiamomis paslaugomis ir tai, kaip tenkinami jų poreikiai ir lūkesčiai. Atliktas paslaugų kokybės vertinimo tyrimas pacientų ir darbuotojų požiūriu bei įvertinus gautus rezultatus nustatyta, kad įstaigos teikiamos sveikatos priežiūros paslaugos yra kokybiškos ir atitinka tiek vartotojų, tiek paslaugų teikėjų poreikius bei lūkesčius. This master thesis analyses the quality of services provided in a healthcare centre. The aim of this study is to provide suggestions for improving the quality of services by analysing the theory of quality of medical services, comparing the quality of services provided by a health care centre from the point of view of patients and service providers. To achieve this objective, the study used literature analysis, summaries, patient and provider questionnaires and other statistical data processing methods. Our analysis of the literature has shown that quality healthcare services are defined by the satisfaction of clients with the services provided and the extent to which their needs and expectations are met. A study was carried out to assess the quality of services from the point of view of patients and staff, and the results showed that the healthcare services provided by the facility are of high quality and meet the needs and expectations of both users and providers.
