Abstract

Magistro darbe nagrinėjama aktuali tema – SVV verslo skatinimas Klaipėdos rajono savivaldybėje. Temos aktualumą ir problematiką atspindi nuostatos, kad Lietuvoje SVV vertinamas kaip vienas iš perspektyviausių šalies ekonomikos sektorių, tačiau SVV paramos sritis dar yra nepakankamai ištyrinėta, joje gausu problemų, o paramos galimybės, tikėtina, regionuose yra mažesnės. Darbo tikslas – išnagrinėjus SVV skatinimo teorinius aspektus ir atlikus tyrimą, nustatyti skatinimo programų tobulinimo kryptis. Darbas susideda iš dviejų dalių. Pirmoje dalyje analizuojama SVV samprata, skatinimo problematika ir formos. Antroje dalyje pristatoma Klaipėdos rajono SVV verslo aplinkos analizė ir Klaipėdos rajono SVV subjektų ir savivaldybės atstovų tyrimo rezultatai. Atsižvelgiant į rezultatus, pateiktos bendro pobūdžio rekomendacijos, kaip gerinti Klaipėdos rajono SVV verslą skatinančias programas. The Master's thesis deals with a topical topic - SME business promotion in Klaipėda district municipality. The relevance and problematic of the topic is reflected in the fact that in Lithuania, SMEs are seen as one of the most promising sectors of the country's economy, but the area of support for SMEs is still insufficiently researched, it is full of problems, and the opportunities for support are likely to be lower in the regions. The aim of this paper is to identify areas for improvement of SME promotion programmes by examining the theoretical aspects of SME promotion and conducting a survey. The thesis consists of two parts. The first part analyses the concept of SMEs, the issues and forms of promotion. The second part presents the analysis of the business environment of SMEs in Klaipėda district and the results of the survey of SME entities and municipality representatives. In the light of the results, general recommendations are made on how to improve the SME business promotion programmes in the Klaipėda district.
