Magistro darbe nagrinėsiu Klaipėdos miesto kultūros paveldo vadybą, pasirinkau etnokultūros centro atvejį, darbe nagrinėsiu kultūros paveldo politikos aktus ir paveldo būklę, perspektyvas - jų vystymą ir įgyvendinimą. Atlikta užsienio bei Lietuvos autorių mokslinių straipsnių, Lietuvos Respublikos kultūros ministerijos dokumentų, teisės aktų, ataskaitų, interneto šaltinių analizę. Buvo atliktas ekspertinis tyrimas naudojant pusiau struktūrinį interviu metodą. Anketuoti etnokultūros centro lankytojai, surinkti jų demografiniai duomenys norint nustatyti koks segmentas daugiausiai domisi etnokultūros centro veikla. Apklausti etnokultūros centro darbuotojai. Hipotezė – etnokultūros centro veikla nėra iki galo produktyvi, nes nėra remiamasi senesne patirtimi ir tinkamai nesudaromi strateginiai planai, dėl to etnocentras praranda daug galimybių.
In my master's thesis I will study the management of Klaipeda city cultural heritage, have chosen the case of ethnocultural center, I will analyze cultural heritage policy acts and heritage status, perspectives - their development and implementation. An analysis of foreign and Lithuanian authors' scientific articles, documents of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Lithuania, legal acts, reports, and Internet sources has been performed. An expert study was conducted using the semi-structured interview method. Profiles of the ethnocultural center, their demographic data collected to determine which segment is most interested in the activities of the ethnocultural center. Employees of the ethnocultural center were interviewed. Hypothesis - the activities of the Center for Ethnic Culture are not fully productive, as they do not rely on older experience and do not properly develop strategic plans, which causes the ethnocentre to lose many opportunities.
