Magistro baigiamajame darbe analizuojama vaikų ankstyvosios reabilitacijos tarnybos organizavimas ir jos tobulinimas. Tyrimo tikslas – įvertinti ankstyvosios reabilitacijos tarnybos veiklos organizavimą ir jos tobulinimo galimybes. Tikslui pasiekti taikyta mokslinės literatūros analizė, anketinė tėvų ir specialistų apklausa, bei statistinių duomenų apdorojimas. Iškelta hipotezė, kad vaikų raidos sutrikimų ankstyvosios reabilitacijos tarnybos vykdoma veikla tenkina pacientų poreikius. Išanalizavus mokslinę literatūrą nustatyta, kad būtina skatinti ankstyvą reabilitaciją, padėti šeimai ugdyti vaiko gabumus bei teikti emocinę pagalbą. Atlikus paslaugų vertinimo tyrimą tėvų ir specialistų požiūriu, bei įvertinus gautus rezultatus, nustatyta, kad ART teikiamos paslaugos yra kokybiškos ir iš esmės atitinka tiek vartotojų tiek teikėjų poreikius ir lūkesčius, tačiau jas tobulinat reikėtų atsižvelgti į tyrimu grindžiamas rekomendacijas.
The thesis analyzes the organization of ERS and its improvement. The study aims to evaluate the organization of the activities of ERS and the possibilities of its improvement. To realize the aim, the analysis of scientific literature, a questionnaire survey of parents and specialists, and the processing of statistical data were invoked. It has been hypothesized that the activities of ERS for children with developmental disabilities meet the needs of the patients. After the scientific literature analysis, it was determined that it is necessary to promote early rehabilitation, help families develop the talents of their children, and provide families with emotional support. After carrying out the evaluation of the services from the point of view of parents and specialists and evaluating the obtained results, it was found that the services provided by ERS are of high quality and meet consumers’ and providers’ needs and expectations of both users and providers, but shoud be take into account.
