Abstract
Tyrimo tikslas – išanalizuoti persirgusių Covid-19 liga psichologinę gerovę ir miego kokybę.
Tyrimo metodai. Atliktas kiekybinis tyrimas - anketinė apklausa raštu, naudotas instrumentas - klausimynas. Tyrimo imtis - 430 respondentų, t.y. Šiaulių miesto suaugę gyventojai, kuriems oficialiai buvo patvirtinta Covid-19 liga. Statistinei analizei rinkti tyrimo duomenys apdoroti taikant šias programas: SPSS (Special Package for Social Scienses) programinį paketą socialiniams mokslams 22.0 versiją ir „Microsoft 69 Office Excel 2016“ programą. Tyrimas atliktas laikantis etikos principų.
Tyrimo rezultatai.

The aim of this research is to analyze the psychological well-being and sleep quality of individuals affected by Covid-19 disease.
Research methodology. A quantitative study was carried out - a written survey, the instrument used was a questionnaire. The research sample - 430 respondents, i.e. Adult residents of the city of Šiauliai who have been officially confirmed to have the Covid-19 disease. Research data collected for statistical analysis were processed using the following programs: SPSS (Special Package for Social Sciences) software package for social sciences version 22.0 and Microsoft 69 Office Excel 2016 program. The research was conducted in accordance with ethical principles.
Research results. The psychological well-being of individuals affected by Covid-19 desease depends on education and the frequency of relapse, those who have had the disease once are more positive about themselves and feel more satisfied with their social relationships with those around them - family members, relatives, other people - than those who have had the disease twice. People with basic education rate their overall psychological well-being better. Sleep has worsened for the majority of persons affected by Covid-19 desease. Those aged 59 and older experience very severe sleep disturbances, while a similar proportion of younger people experience moderate sleep disturbances. Individuals affected by Covid-19 twice rate their overall sleep quality worse than those who have contracted it once. The sleep latency of these individuals is worse, the duration of sleep is shorter, they have more sleep disorders and they use medication to improve sleep more often. Women rate the subjective quality of sleep worse than men, use medication to improve sleep more often and feel worse during the day.
Conclusion. The characteristics of the most significant relationship between individuals psychological well-being and sleep quality of individuals affected by Covid-19 disease show that respondents poor overall assessment of sleep quality is associated with a lower assessment of psychological well-being. It became clear that certain socio-demographic aspects of the respondents and the frequency of relapse with the Covid-19 disease, when sleep quality is assessed as worse, lead to a worse assessment of psychological well-being: men aged 19-40 and respondents aged over 59, married, with partners; has higher education; students; individuals who work and affected by Covid-19 disease twice rate their overall sleep quality and psychological well-being worse.
