Magistro tyrimo tikslas – nustatyti inovacijų poveikį logistikos įmonių vystymuisi ir parengti inovacijų poveikio vystymosi modelį. Tyrime analizuojama mokslinė literatūra, naudojamas kiekybinio tyrimo metodas – anketinė apklausa ir kokybinio tyrimo metodas – struktūrizuotas interviu. Duomenys analizuojami apdorojant surinktos apklausos duomenis ir atliktų interviu turinio analizę. Pateikti tyrimo rezultatai nusako skirtingai daromą inovacijų poveikį logistikos įmonėms socialiniu, ekonominiu ir ekologiniu aspektu. Gauti tyrimo rezultatai patvirtina išsikeltą tyrimo hipotezę, jog inovacijų integravimas teikia naudą ekologijai ir šalies ekonomikai. Išanalizavus tyrimo rezultatus sudarytas inovacijų poveikio logistikos įmonei vystymosi modelis, kuris teikia darnų inovacijų plėtojimą logistikos įmonėms, pasitelkiant tvarumu paremtas inovacijas.
The aim of the Master's Thesis is to determine the impact of innovation on the development of logistics companies and to develop a model for the development of the impact of innovation. During the research, the scientific literature has been analysed, the method of quantitative research, i. e. questionnaire survey, and the method of qualitative research, i. e. structured interview, have been used. The data have been analysed by processing the collected survey data and analysing the content of the interviews conducted. The presented results of the research describe the impact of innovations on logistics companies in social, economic and ecological aspects. The obtained research results confirm the research hypothesis that the integration of innovations provides benefits to the ecology and the country's economy. After analysing the results of the study, a model for the development of the impact of innovation on the logistics company has been developed, which provides sustainable development of innovation for logistics companies based on sustainability-based innovation.
