Note: the holders of the Foundation scholarship need not to pay the fees mentioned below. These fees will covered by the Foundation.

The overall price of the course is 660 Eur* + 30 Eur registration fee**.

*The course price covers tuition fee (520 Eur) and cultural programme (excursions) (130 Eur).

Nevertheless, it is possible to participate in the teaching program only (for example, local participants as they have already seen famous cultural places).

Also, it is possible to participate in some part of the teaching program (for example, the first 2 weeks); then the tuition fee would be lowered accordingly.

**The registration fee has to be paid after the registration (when the application has been received and confirmed by the course organizers).

The participants who do not need any assistance (visa, accommodation, arrival matters etc.) need not to pay the registration fee.

The accommodation will be provided in a University dormitory. 

For the accommodation matters, please look at https://www.ku.lt/admission/accommodation/. It’s a new and modern dormitory at some 15 minutes’ walk from the faculty where the course will be held. The classes will take place in the Faculty of Humanities and Educational Sciences (S. Neries str. 5), at 5 minutes walk to the Bus Terminal and train station. Also, the dormitory is at 5 minutes’ walk to a big shopping and entertainment center STUDLENDAS.

Accommodation in a modern dormitory with all facilities (it’s like a hotel, our students say), in a walking distance from the University. Each room or block has a bathroom with a sink, a shower tub and a WC. Rooms are furnished with a table, a bed, a fridge, a wardrobe and chairs. Bedding’s and towels are provided. There are single and double rooms. Fully equipped kitchen to share  dishwasher, cooktop, oven, etc.

Dormitory fees. 150 €/month (per person) living in double room and 180 €/month (per person) living  in single room (if it will be possible)

Laundry facilities are 2 Eur per washing. 

Where lunch can be taken near the faculty where the course is held?

 At the bus station in cafe “CafeKlaipėda”. (Working hours, price list, menu http://www.cafeklaipeda.lt/)

Pizzeria “PIPITA” (working hours, price list, menu http://www.pipita.lt/. They also offer a menu of the day and dishes of the day.

Restaurant “XIX amžius” (working hours, price list, menu http://www.19amzius.lt/. They also offer a menu of the day (4–5 euros).

Finally, there is a kitchen in the Faculty where you may have tea, coffee and consume your food (there is a microwave). Also, here you can by coffee / tea / hot chocolate and snacks (from the automatic machine). If the weather is good, it is nice to spend the break in the green yard of the Faculty.

Internet access. Free Wi-Fi is available in all the University buildings. For that, you will get your own codes for connection.

Arrival. Course participants upon their arrival can be met (if there is a need) by the organizers.

The first day. It is important to be present because the classes start. Also, the non-beginners will have a placement test in order to better place them in groups.

The last day. The course students will have a final exam. On the last day they will have their last class, analyze final test results and make an overall evaluation of the course. After that, they will get their course diplomas and have a farewell event.
