Responsibilities
- Supporting the HR team on various human resources tasks and be at the heart of the next step in our journey
- Helping to coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables
- Conducting administrative duties and communicating with other team members ensuring processes
- Gathering information and research as required
- And other tasks assigned by the Human Resources Manager
Requirements:
- Student (of the last year) or graduate
- A valid driver´s license and own car
- Keen to details and strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where improvements are continuously being made and things changing quickly
- Strong interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
- Excellent at communicating in spoken and written Lithuanian and English
Bonus:
Previous experience in organizing work and / or projects is a plus
Salary
800-1200 €/mon. net
